About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our Franco-Saudi CRO team. You’ll support CEO operations and business development activities while collaborating daily with our Paris office team.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong organizational skills who are eager to develop expertise in healthcare business operations, CRM management, and international client relations.

Key responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle email correspondence and communications (primarily in English)
  • Organize documentation, filing systems, and database management
  • Support project coordination and follow-up with internal teams
  • Coordinate with Paris office for seamless international operations

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Conduct prospect research and lead generation in pharma/biotech/medtech sectors
  • Manage CRM pipeline and client relationship tracking (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Support client outreach campaigns and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate event logistics and business development activities

Required qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or customer service
  • Fresh graduates (2023-2025) encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and cloud collaboration tools
  • Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
  • AI tools experience (ChatGPT, Claude) – highly valued
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) – nice to have

Language:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – MANDATORY for 90% of daily work

Legal requirement:

  • Saudi national (required)
